FAQ

How do I book you?
You first have to request a quote. Once the form is sent, I’ll respond asap to let you know my availability. If I am available for your event, I’ll send you an invoice and a performance contract.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To secure the booking, I require a 50% down-payment and a signed performance contract.

How many people can you draw in an hour?
I can draw between 7-14 in B&W and 5-10 in Color. This figure is only accurate for steady, orderly queues.

Can you add a logo or design to the drawing?
Yes! I’ll be happy to add branding for your event by adding logos or designs to the file.

What are the sizes of the prints?
Digital caricatures are printed out on 4x6 photograph paper.

How do I get my digital download?
After each digital event, I’ll create a blog post with the name and date of the event and upload all drawings made at the event. For higher quality files, I’ll provide a link to a folder on Google drive with the events images.

Can I hire you for more than one service at the same event?
While I do offer this option for some of my services, digital caricatures is not available for combining with other services. I do have a network of artists I work with and would be happy to staff the additional service you require.

What do I need to provide for you at my event?
I require a table, 2-3 chairs, a well lit space and access to electricity. Good lighting can be determined by being able to read text comfortably with no eye strain.

Do you require breaks?
For events that are 4 hrs or more, I require a 15-20 min break.

Can you stay longer than the contracted time?
If I do not have another event or plans after your event, then yes. For digital caricature, I charge overtime in increments of $125/30 min. Please keep in mind that overtime availability is not guaranteed.

Do you travel for destination events?
Yes I do! I would be happy to travel to wherever your event is happening. Travel and accommodation fees may occur.

What are your mileage rates?
Gas and tolls are included in the mileage price and distance is calculated from northwest Chicago. Posted below are my mileage rates.

31-40 miles: $14
41-50 miles: $20
51-60 miles: $28
61-70 miles: $36
71-80 miles: $44
81-90 miles: $52
91-100 miles: $60
101+ miles: TBD
