FAQ

How do I book you?
You first have to request a quote. Once the form is sent, I’ll respond asap to let you know my availability. If I am available for your event, I’ll send you an invoice and a performance contract.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To secure the booking, I require a 50% down-payment and a signed performance contract.

How many people can you draw in an hour?
I can draw between 12-20 in B&W and 6-12 in Color. This figure is only accurate for steady, orderly queues.

Can you print a logo or design on the paper?
Yes! I can add branding for your event by printing logos or designs on the paper.

How much are preprints?
I charge $1/sheet for printing. Custom illustrations/designs may incur an extra fee. In order to request a preprint, you should request a quote, write in the message your idea for the print, and I’ll respond with an accurate quote.

Can I hire you for more than one service at the same event?
Yes, you can! This is a great option for small parties. You can hire me to perform an hour each of two or more services. Prices are an additional $25 per service.

What do I need to provide for you at my event?
I require a table, 2-3 chairs, and a well lit space. Good lighting can be determined by being able to read text comfortably with no eye strain.

Do you require breaks?
For events that are 4 hrs or more, I require a 15-20 min break.

Can you stay longer than the contracted time?
If I do not have another event or plans after your event, then yes. I charge overtime in increments of $75/30 min. Please keep in mind that overtime availability is not guaranteed.

What are your mileage rates?
Gas and tolls are included in the mileage price and distance is calculated from northwest Chicago. Posted below are my mileage rates. 

1-30 miles: free
31-40 miles: $14
41-50 miles: $20
51-60 miles: $28
61-70 miles: $36
71-80 miles: $44
81-90 miles: $52
91-100 miles: $60
101+ miles: TBD
